To create an account with jos13, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile telephone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Each Player may register only one (1) account with jos13. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, or bonuses. jos13 employs advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, jos13 requires all Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. jos13 may request additional documentation or information at its sole discretion if further verification is deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jos13 account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify jos13 immediately via our customer support channels. jos13 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or failed to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action. jos13 reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
jos13 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Indonesian players:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (funds originating from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
Deposits are typically credited to your jos13 account within 1-2 minutes. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with transaction proof (screenshot or receipt).
Players may request withdrawals once their account has been fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a bank account registered in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Daily withdrawal limits are as follows:
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15-30 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours.
jos13 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification before processing large withdrawals (above Rp 100,000,000) to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
All transactions on jos13 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jos13 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are the Player's sole responsibility.
jos13 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotional page or in the bonus notification. General bonus terms include:
New Players who make their first deposit with jos13 are eligible for our welcome bonus: 100% match up to Rp 5,000,000 with a 20x wagering requirement. Example: A first deposit of Rp 1,000,000 receives a Rp 1,000,000 bonus. The Player must wager (Rp 1,000,000 + Rp 1,000,000) × 20 = Rp 40,000,000 before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50,000. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after issuance.
jos13 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, placing opposite bets, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.
All sports bets must be placed before the betting market closes. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet slip, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled or modified. jos13 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, error, or technical malfunction.
In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), jos13 reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Examples of palpable errors include incorrect odds, incorrect handicap lines, or matches listed with incorrect participants.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If the event is postponed beyond 48 hours or canceled entirely, all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
For live in-play betting, jos13 endeavors to suspend markets during critical moments (goals, red cards, etc.). However, there may be a delay between the actual event and market suspension. Bets placed during this delay will be honored unless a clear pricing error occurred.
All casino games, slot machines, and random-number-based games offered by jos13 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories such as eCOGRA, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), and iTech Labs. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed in each game's information screen and reflect long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or display error, all affected bets and game outcomes are void. Players will be refunded their stakes for voided bets. jos13 is not liable for losses arising from malfunctions, network failures, or third-party software errors.

All content on the jos13 Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio/visual materials, is the property of jos13 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without express written permission from jos13.
jos13 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jos13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption.
Our total liability to any Player for all claims arising from the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of jos13 Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. jos13 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, jos13 may withhold any funds or winnings associated with the breach.
